If a parent does not agree with the guidelines, then it is recommended that they seek care at a facility that matches their wants/needs. In addition, an email was sent when the facility re-opened after the holiday, attaching this client's signed contract that was provided on two separate occasions.Īll of our policies and procedures are clearly stated in our contract. ![]() The accusation that they were not contacted after their numerous attempts to contact us, is inaccurate for they contacted me on my personal cell phone after business hours and much time was spend trying to clear up this situation. The situation posted was the final interaction of many that I tried wholeheartedly to reconcile, but it was clear that nothing would be suitable for this type of client. Each situation was given ample attention. This client was particularly difficult to please for many reasons within the 10 months they attended our facility. Jillian acts like they run a non-profit and is constantly asking for "donations" (we spent $150 on our child's back-to-school supplies). There is rapid turnover with the teachers, as well. Smarty Pants cashed our post-dated check a week early, "released us from our contract" the next day, and will not return our NUMEROUS attempts to reach them about why they won't return $275 they took from us. The facility electively closed the entire week of Thanksgiving and still charged tuition, and I questioned the fairness of that closure and payment: see the attached photos. ![]() Which is exactly what happened to our family a couple of weeks ago. Anytime we have brought up a question or a concern, her immediate response was to threaten to "release us" from our contract basically, if you don't like the way she does something, she has no interest in discussing it and would be happy to leave your child without daycare (obviously, any place good has a waiting list). Steer clear! We enrolled our two-year-old here 10 months ago, and we have had numerous issues with Jillian (one of the owners). ![]()
